Working for a company that provides endless cups of local, fresh roasted 
coffee is enough of a reason for any barista to get up and go to work – but once in a while there are other tasty perks that I get to drink in as VP of JAVA Skincare.
As you may have heard, WE ARE GOING TO THE GRAMMYs! So, while I consider myself to be relatively fashion forward, working for the skin care of StyleWeek NORTHEAST and all, I knew I had to step up my style game for our marvelous events in Los Angeles this coming February.
Enter Nick Pini, my style superhero. Featured designer of StyleWeek NORTHEAST and avid JAVA Skin Care user, the fantastic PINI hooked me up with not one, but FOUR outfits for our fabulous four days in LA. He even let me into his creative inner sanctum to try on some of his sweet duds. Here’s a little bit about my favorite RI designer:

Our trip to the GRAMMYs
RHODE ISLAND – JAVA Skin Care, LLC is proud to announce that it will be a featured item in the 57th GRAMMY swag bags given to all GRAMMY Award WINNERS and PRESENTERS on February 8th .

Rhode Island Senator Jack Reed has long been a supporter of Women Entrepreneur’s. I was thrilled to be invited by Jessica Wood of Wild Wood Catering for a lunch discussion with the Senator. We met at the Hive a co working space in North Kingstown RI.
Senator Reed stayed with us for over an hour and listened to our group share our experiences as business owners in Rhode Island and moreover in Southern Rhode Island. Together with he and his team we came up with some great ideas for growing our economy. Senator Reed will be back to meet with us in a few months to follow up.
