This is the time of year when I redirect my focus on wellness, self-care and exercise.
My favorite September things to do:
- Picking bouquets of sunflowers from a local farm
- Spending afternoons enjoying the lingering summer weather
- Getting back to my gym – but still spending time outdoors as much as the weather allows!
- Caring for my skin after exposure to the harsh summer sun and salt water
